I am a senior .NET backend engineer with 10+ years of experience, based in Izmir, Türkiye. The projects collected here have something in common: in each, the hard part was either traffic or correctness. Exam platforms see sudden peaks, a question pipeline has to catch its own mistakes, and financial software needs records that agree with each other. Each case study follows a similar outline (context, the engineering problem, what I built, design notes and stack). The design notes explain how systems of that kind behave in general and why the listed tools fit; they do not add details beyond what I can confirm.
Case studies
- Multi-Tenant Microservice Platform: tenant isolation with PostgreSQL row-level security, RabbitMQ events with an outbox and inbox, and a workflow engine on .NET 10; in progress, at MVP stage (2026–present).
- Hamsayeh: my own SaaS for managing buildings and residential complexes, with a double-entry ledger, on .NET 10, PostgreSQL and React 19 (2026–present).
- Delivery and Field-Service Platform: orders, couriers, technicians and serial-numbered stock in one .NET 8 system, with a DevExpress XAF back office and role-based APIs (2025–2026).
- Adaptive Testing Platform: an assessment platform based on item response theory at NovaTech, serving about 89,000 students (2023–present).
- Exam-Peak High Availability: a Redis Sentinel setup at Gozine2 that sustained 45,000 to 70,000 concurrent users at exam peaks (2021–2023).
- AI Question Ingestion: a PDF-to-LaTeX pipeline with LLM tagging that turned written exams into 5,000+ structured questions for Noraco (2024).
- FX Remittance Back Office: a back-office system for Refah Bank’s exchange house that replaced spreadsheet-based FX remittance accounting (2020–2021).
- Financial Indicator Dashboard: live market and banking metrics for MBRI in one interface, streamed with SignalR on .NET Core microservices.
